This is a free, 45 min exercise circuit. Liberty Fit is a fitness programme designed to suit all levels of fitness, all ages and stages, male or female, so this is for you!   Come check it out, we would love to see you there!

Liberty Fit is run by the amazing Abby.

As I’m a busy Mum with 3 kids, and a church pastor, I know the importance of fitness to make you feel great and love life.

I have always secretly wanted to be a personal trainer of some sort, with sport being such a big part of my life and majoring in PE at Teacher’s College.  This is now my chance.

 

Liberty Fit is a fitness circuit with both cardio and strength exercises. Every week there is a different circuit of exercises.

Liberty Fit is about supporting and encouraging each other, having fun and enjoying getting fit together! AND IT’S FREE!!

 

45 Minute Sessions

Mondays 5.30pm – 6.15pm

Thursdays 5.30pm – 6.15pm

7 minute – warm up & stretches
15 minute -  work out
2 minute   – drink break
15 minute -  work out
7 minute  -  cool down & stretches
